Imparts appropriations for the fiscal year 2006 to provide for supplementing certain existing appropriations and for certain other activities and projects. Affords further that $1,500,000 shall be expended to the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers for the purchase and implementation of electronic medical records; and provided further, that said funds shall be matched with private or federal funds.
