Mr. Woodrow has over 20 years experience in the Health Information Services and Outsourcing industry. After a successful career managing a five-state region for Lanier WorldWide’s HealthCare Division, Woodrow was the Vice President in charge of the start up of a Transcription Outsourcing Division for Lanier. Lanier Professional Services, Inc. (LPSI) became the fastest growing Medical Transcription Company in the country. Innovations in Human Resources and Medical Transcriptionist productivity distinguished the operation from prior business models.

When MedQuist acquired LPSI in 1999, Woodrow formed a team of professionals that went on to found CapitalMT. Beginning as a Transcription Company, CapitalMT acquired other service offerings such as Medical Coding, and Interim/Outsourced Health Information Management (HIM) Services. In 2002 the company name changed to Precyse Solutions, which, ultimately become the country’s largest HIM services and outsourcing company in the US.

In 2003, Woodrow formed the Woodstock Group, a specialized healthcare consulting group with client engagements encompassing health care providers as well as the firms servicing the industry. Their mission is to provide customer and consumer education in the healthcare services and outsourcing industry. Through the Woodstock Group Woodrow continues to serve various companies in Senior Management and advisory positions.

In early 2005 Woodrow assumed the position of President and COO for SPI Technologies’ Healthcare Documentation Division. His responsibilities include Operations in the US, the Philippines and India.
